SUBSCRIPTION & AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS

1. The company

This Subscription & Auto-Renewal Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Abstract Stage Lda (NIPC 517804140), with registered office at Rua Alfredo da Costa 7, 2675-634 Odivelas, Portugal (“One Month PM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). 2. Subscription Plans

We offer three types of subscription plans:

Monthly Plan

  • Term: 30 days
     
  • Auto-renews every 30 days at the then-current price
     
  • VAT: Price includes Portuguese VAT for consumers; reverse-charge applies to EU businesses with a valid VAT number
     
  • Refunds: No pro-rata refund; access continues until the end of the current billing period
     

Annual Plan

  • Term: 365 days (12 months)
     
  • Auto-renews every 12 months at the then-current price
     
  • VAT: Price includes Portuguese VAT for consumers; reverse-charge applies to EU businesses with a valid VAT number
     
  • Refunds: No pro-rata refund; access continues until the end of the current billing period
     

Lifetime Plan

  • Term: One-off purchase with permanent access
     
  • No renewals apply
     
  • VAT: Price includes Portuguese VAT for consumers; reverse-charge applies to EU businesses with a valid VAT number
     
  • Refunds: Non-refundable once access is delivered
     

Note: All prices displayed on onemonthpm.com include Portuguese VAT, unless a valid VAT number is provided for reverse-charge treatment.

3. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

We may, at our discretion, offer limited-time free trials or promotional discounts. The specific duration and conditions will be disclosed at the time of the offer. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a full paid plan and automatically renew according to your selected billing cycle.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or EEA, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the subscription start date, without providing a reason.

However:

  • If you access a self-paced course or register for a live Bootcamp during this 14-day period, you acknowledge that the service is being provided immediately and expressly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
     
  • If you do not access any content or join a program, and are within the 14-day window, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund.
     

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at hey@onemonthpm.com.

5. Auto-Renewal Agreement

By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree and understand that:

  • Your subscription will begin immediately and automatically renew based on your selected billing cycle (Monthly or Annual).
     
  • You authorize One Month PM to charge your selected payment method at each renewal date until you cancel.
     
  • Pricing and renewal frequency are clearly disclosed at checkout and in your confirmation email.
     
  • You may cancel at any time prior to the next renewal date (see Section 8).
     

6. Renewal Reminders

To keep you informed about upcoming charges:

  • We will send an email reminder 7 days before each Monthly renewal.
     
  • We will send an email reminder 30 days before each Annual renewal.
     

These reminders will include the renewal price, date, and clear instructions on how to cancel if you choose not to continue.

7. Payment Methods

We accept payments through Stripe-supported methods, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit. For business clients, manual bank transfers can be arranged by request.

All payments are processed in euros (EUR), unless otherwise indicated.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by either of the following methods:

  • Accessing your Member Profile page and using the “Manage Subscription” link to reach your Stripe billing portal, or
     
  • Sending an email to hey@onemonthpm.com from the email address associated with your account.
     

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that time, and no further charges will be made unless you reactivate your subscription. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for early termination.

9. Failed Payments

If a payment attempt fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge over several days. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription may be paused. If payment remains unresolved after 14 days, your access may be terminated.

10. Price and Terms Changes

We may update our prices or modify the terms of your subscription. If such changes occur, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email. You will have the option to cancel before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Refund Policy

  • Monthly and Annual Subscriptions: We do not provide partial refunds. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
     
  • Lifetime Subscriptions: All lifetime plans are final and non-refundable once access has been delivered.
     
  • Withdrawals under EU law (Section 4) will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
     

12. VAT and Invoicing

Invoices are issued automatically following each successful payment.

  • For individual consumers, prices include Portuguese VAT.
     
  • For businesses located in the EU, VAT will not be charged if a valid VAT number is provided and the reverse-charge mechanism applies.
     

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of Portugal.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may submit complaints through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at:

14. Severability and Precedence

If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the general Terms of Service, this Policy shall take precedence for matters related to subscriptions.
